Your Experience Arrive at the Eataly restaurant located at Piazza della Repubblica, 41 at 7:30 PM to enjoy an aperitif or welcome drink accompanied by appetizers that include pizza and stuffed focaccia. About 30 minutes later, you will get on the roofless minibus to go on a tour around the beautiful city of Rome. You can see the gorgeous starry sky and feel the cool wind wafting past your face. During the winters, owing to the lower temperatures, a completely transparent glass roof is used as a cover for the minibus so you can continue to admire the sights of Rome unobstructed. At night, the city is spectacular to behold and is the perfect setting for a romantic evening. The famous Spanish Steps can be seen leading up to the Trinita dei Monti church. These famous 135 steps have been immortalized in the movie Roman Holiday, including a famous still featuring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn on these very steps. The minibus will go past the Piazza del Popolo with the towering Egyptian obelisk at its center. You can also catch sight of the incredible St. Peter’s Basilica, which is considered to be the greatest example of Renaissance architecture. The main facade, lit up in golden yellow, presents a stunning spectacle. You will also go on to see the ominous Colosseum, majestic in its own right. Once home to bloody fights and battles, the monument is presently a sight of serenity and peace. You will go past some other well-known monuments as well. Finally, you can tuck into a filling dinner at the Zodiac restaurant consisting of pasta, fritters, pies and prosecco as you enjoy dazzling views of the city. The meal will serve as the perfect conclusion to an exceptional tour of Rome.

The freestanding large diameter spiral stair in I.M.Pei's Louvre Pyramid is a wonderful piece of sculpture in its own right. Most people choose to use the escalator though which is rather less unique. P.S Has anyone else noticed how Flickr seems to have reduced the amount of text visible under their photos on their photostream ? Does anyone know if that will impact on the way Google indexes pages as this is something I've been quite successful with up till now ?
